Meditation tone
The rhythm slowly gets slower.
try to match your breath to a two cycle in, two cycle out kind of pace.
It gets reeeaaal slow, very relaxing.

Iron rusts from disuse; water loses its purity from stagnation... even so does inaction sap the vigor of the mind.

“We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with
our fellow men; and among those fibers, as sympathetic threads, our
actions run as causes, and they come back to us as effects.”

Lakota
Lakota spirituality is based on the circle. The Lakota saw the journey of life and death as a circular process. They also interacted with one another in a circular fashion, rather than in a struggle for domination.
The Lakota even used the circle’s symbolism in their architecture. Their houses (which are known as tipis) had circular foundations."Everything the Power does, it does in a circle." Lakota Proverb
"Creation is continuous." Lakota Proverb
"I am standing at the Earth’s center." Lakota Proverb
"A man’s life is a circle from childhood to childhood, and thus it is in everything where the power moves." Black Elk
"The power of the world always works in circles." Black Elk
"The center of the universe is everywhere." Black Elk
The Lakota Indians
This is very similar to the teachings in the Tao

From the Tao Te Ching
18
When the great Tao is forgotten,
Kindness and morality arise.
When wisdom and intelligence are born,
The great pretence begins.
When there is no peace within the family,
Filial piety and devotion arise.
When the country is confused and in chaos,
Loyal ministers appear.

Don't Struggle To Make it - The Empowered Human: 360 Senses!

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Polarity
If I were to have both a
good attitude at times
and also a bad one at
other times
am I not still ME at ALL
times?
Or am I one person,
another person,
or just ONE complex being?
This is just like the cat
in the box (in physics) being both alive and dead until observed. Positive and
negative are perspective, so reality is more complex and subtle than
just black and white.

Hunab Ku
The Mayan glyph representing where in the sky the exact center of the galaxy was
located named
Hunab Ku was known to the Mayans as The Galactic Butterfly. Their
entire cosmology and extremely accurate calendars were based on the
existence and location of the center of the galaxy.

FLOW
From the Tao Te Ching
Return is the movement of
the way;
yielding is the function
of the Way.
All things in the world
are born of being;
being is born of non-being

“The day when we shall know
exactly what “electricity” is, will chronicle an event probably greater,
more important than any other recorded in the history of the human
race. The time will come when the comfort, the very existence, perhaps,
of man will depend upon that wonderful agent.”
Nikola Tesla

Underestimating
From the Tao Te Ching
“...No calamity is greater than underestimating opponents. If you underestimate opponents, you're close to losing your treasure...”
