Meditation tone

The rhythm slowly gets slower.
try to match your breath to a two cycle in, two cycle out kind of pace.
It gets reeeaaal slow, very relaxing.

Cosmic Connections

Allot of good stuff here, take it slow.

Iron rusts from disuse; water loses its purity from stagnation... even so does inaction sap the vigor of the mind.

The Arrow of Time feat. Sean Carroll

Part of the universe being born of a black hole

Entropy is lesser in the beginning of the universe because it came from a black hole. The black hole ripped matter down to it simplest elements and spit them into this new realm to cool, congeal and become more complex.

The creation of a black hole is the creation of a new universe.

This is something that I have believed in for quite some time, it just makes sense when you look at it from a physics stand point.

A black hole by definition resides within a singularity, a thing which is cut off from EVERYTHING else, that little bit breaks off from our reality and starts a new one.

The new reality grows from matter being sucked into the singularity, the connection eventually fades as black hole don't last forever.

Possible proof of future affecting present
Spooky quantum entanglement just got spookier.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Polarity

If I were to have both a good attitude at times

and also a bad one at other times

am I not still ME at ALL times?

Or am I one person,

another person,

or just ONE complex being?

This is just like the cat in the box (in physics) being both alive and dead until observed. Positive and negative are perspective, so reality is more complex and subtle than just black and white.

Hunab Ku

The Mayan glyph representing where in the sky the exact center of the galaxy was located named Hunab Ku was known to the Mayans as The Galactic Butterfly. Their entire cosmology and extremely accurate calendars were based on the existence and location of the center of the galaxy.

FLOW

From the Tao Te Ching

Return is the movement of the way;

yielding is the function of the Way.

All things in the world are born of being;

being is born of non-being

“The day when we shall know exactly what “electricity” is, will chronicle an event probably greater, more important than any other recorded in the history of the human race. The time will come when the comfort, the very existence, perhaps, of man will depend upon that wonderful agent.”

“Meditation is the dissolution of thoughts in Eternal awareness or Pure consciousness without objectification, knowing without thinking, merging finitude in infinity.”

Underestimating

“...No calamity is greater than underestimating opponents. If you underestimate opponents, you're close to losing your treasure...”

Good Warriors (Tao Te Ching)

Good warriors do not arm,
good fighters don't get mad,
good winners don't contend,
good employers serve their workers.
This is called the virtue
of non-contention:
this is called mating with
the supremely natural and pristine.
